Pastor Daniel Love Offering
Pastor Daniel has approached the Board of Directors with a request for assistance with a personal opportunity. He has been renting a house for 3 years. The rent is costly enough but it also creates no equity/investment for their future. They have the opportunity to purchase land and begin to build a modest home. The land is $64,000 (which is a lot and to be expected in Haiti) but it is a sizable piece of ground, is actually closer to the church from where they presently rent, and is in a slightly safer (relative term) area than their present location. After the land purchase, they will seek to build a small set of starter rooms to house the family. Then over the years ahead will make improvements and additions.
The Board of Directors supports Pastor Daniel and Anne’s plan for their family and has sent a $2,000 gift for the land purchase.
Currently, Pastor Daniel is our only missionary in Haiti. He serves as Associate Pastor of the Vine Church congregation, teaches at the Seminary, translates the Bible into Creole, and is Vine Ministry’s Haitian Field Director for our work in Haiti. We have placed upon his shoulders a lot. We have asked more and more of him since he is the only one in-country. Some of his tasks, particularly in relation to the distribution of cash funds for student support or food recipients, have become more difficult and dangerous. And it has been quite some time since we have blessed Pastor through a Love Offering.

Temporary Food Support Program EXTENDED
Due to continuing unrest, violence, inflation, lack of government, and ineffective engagement with the gangs, Vine Ministry, Inc. Board of Directors has extended the Temporary Food Support Program. In consultation with Pastor Daniel, the program will continue until June 2025. There continues to be a critical need to support persons who are food insecure and your generous gifts have helped sustain over 40 families, including the affiliate church Pastors. You may continue to give a gift online or through the mail. THANK you so much!!
Updated Student Support Report
As of today we have 100 Student Sponsors supporting 175 children in education. When the funds are distributed there will be a few more kids placed in school due to the multiplication effect of your gifts. Thank you to all who supported students this year!!
Annual Meeting
The Vine Ministry, Inc. Board of Directors will hold their Annual Meeting at Anne Ashley Community Church in Munhall, PA on Saturday, November 9, 2024. Please pray that we will follow God’s lead and make decisions that glorify Him and bring blessing to the Haitian people.
